Runs the Buchholz + rematch-avoidance algorithm read-only. Nothing is written until you confirm below.
Create a single match by hand — use this if the operator wants to override the automated proposal for one pairing, or to create a Hybrid Elimination match.
Seeds the 8 teams the Swiss stage qualified (ranked by record, then Buchholz) into an Upper Bracket (seeds 1-4, each match a bye straight to the Semifinal) and a Lower Bracket (seeds 5-8, must win twice to reach the Lower Bracket Quarterfinal) — creating all 9 matches with their advancement links already wired up. The Upper Bracket QF loser drops into the opposite Lower Bracket Quarterfinal (a "bracket flip"), so a team knocked out of the Upper Bracket can never run back into the same opponent in the Semifinal. Only runs once the Swiss stage has produced exactly 8 qualified teams, and refuses to run if any Hybrid Elimination matches already exist for this event — delete those first (Swiss Matches above, or the Schedule table below) to regenerate from scratch.
Assign Match ID, Day, Match Number (order within that day), Stream, and start times to any existing match — this is the place to go back and (re)organize scheduling after matches have already been created, whether by the automated Swiss proposer, manual pairing, or Hybrid Elimination propagation. Times are shown and saved in your browser's local timezone.

Picks up matches in Match Number order (falling back to Match ID) and stacks their Scheduled Start times back-to-back from the time you set below, sized by each match's Best Of. Existing Scheduled Start values in the group are overwritten — Target Start is untouched, since that's set from Match Ops on the day.
